Q91Y-Double feed box shear belongs to big-sized and gate-shaped shear with features: baler function and suitable for the shearing of middle heavy(easy to bale) and irregular scrap steel(need to shape); Working principle: Feed-Push-Side compress-hold-shear

Main Features

1. Cutting capacity for large size material.The shear angle reaches to 12 degrees, and the shearing ability is increased by more than 20% compared with the normal shear angle(9 degrees).

2. The main machine adopts steel plate welding, paint after rust removal(shot blasting rust removal), and sharp edge burr removal. The main machine has straight weld, regular shape, high mechanical strength and good appearance quality.

3. Inview of the wear characteristics of the relevant parts of the shearing machine, high strength wear-resistant alloy steel plates are installed on the inner walls of the pressing device, gantry frame and pushing box, which effectively prolongs equipment service life.
